Кто мы

Приложение CS Mastersite принадлежит агентству MasterSite. Мы настраиваем Google Ads и делаем сайты.

Мы следуем Закону Республики Казахстан «О персональных данных и их защите».

Кто пользуется приложением

Только сотрудники агентства. Вход – через аккаунт Google агентства.

Приложение видит только аккаунты, к которым клиенты выдали нам доступ.

Какие данные Google мы получаем

  • Google Ads – кампании, расходы, клики, конверсии, настройки;
  • Google Analytics – отчеты о посещаемости, события, доступы;
  • Google Tag Manager – теги, триггеры, переменные, версии;
  • Google Search Console – поисковые запросы и индексация;
  • Google Таблицы и Диск – файлы отчетов агентства;
  • Gmail – письма ящика агентства с заявками с сайтов;
  • Apps Script – код скриптов отчетов агентства.

Зачем

  • готовить отчеты по рекламе для клиентов;
  • настраивать рекламу, счетчики и теги клиентов;
  • проверять, что заявки с сайтов доходят;
  • вести файлы и скрипты отчетов.

Изменения в аккаунтах клиентов вносят сотрудники агентства по задачам клиента. Письма из ящика агентства уходят только по команде сотрудника.

Хранение и передача

Данные хранятся на компьютере агентства и в аккаунтах Google самих клиентов.

Мы не продаем данные и не используем их для рекламы.

Для обработки данных мы используем ИИ-ассистента Claude компании Anthropic.

Мы соблюдаем правила Google для данных пользователей. В том числе ограниченное использование.

Как отозвать доступ

Доступ приложения отзывается на странице доступов аккаунта Google. Доступ агентства к своим аккаунтам клиент закрывает в Google Ads, Analytics и Tag Manager.

Вы можете узнать, какие данные о вас у нас есть. Можете попросить исправить или удалить их.

Who we are. CS Mastersite is an internal application of the MasterSite advertising agency (Almaty, Kazakhstan). It is used only by agency staff, who sign in with the agency’s Google account. The application can only access accounts that agency clients have shared with the agency.

Google user data we access. Google Ads (campaigns, costs, clicks, conversions, settings); Google Analytics (reports, events, user access); Google Tag Manager (tags, triggers, variables, versions); Google Search Console (search queries, indexing); Google Sheets and Drive (the agency’s report files); Gmail (the agency’s mailbox with lead notifications from client websites); Apps Script (the agency’s report scripts).

How we use it. To prepare advertising reports for clients, to manage clients’ ads, analytics and tags at the client’s request, to check that website leads are delivered, and to maintain the agency’s report files and scripts. Emails are sent from the agency mailbox only on a staff member’s command.

Storage and sharing. Data is stored on the agency’s computer and in the clients’ own Google accounts. We do not sell Google user data and do not use it for advertising. To process data we use the AI assistant Claude by Anthropic.

Limited Use. CS Mastersite’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
